新加坡卫生部周六（2月8日）声明，本地新确认7人感染新型冠状病毒。其中5人与已感染者有联系。
There are seven new cases of Coronavirus infection, among which five are linked to previous infections, the Ministry of Health (MOH) said on Saturday (Feb 8)。

在先前的病例中，有两人治愈出院，而四人已入重症监护室，情况不容乐观。
Among the existing cases, two have been discharged. However, four are in critical condition and is in the intensive care unit.

随着疫情加重，出现了很多本地居民大量购买食品和日常用品的现象，造成多家超市“空架”。
As the infection spreads, many local residents are seen purchasing food and necessities in bulk, resulting in empty shelves in many supermarkets.

当地时间星期六（2月8日，）一个泰国士兵在泰国呵叻府的一家商场里进行无差别射击，造成至少20人死亡。
A Tai solder fired shots at a mall in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand and led to the deaths of at least 20 people on Saturday (Feb 8).

Singapore has moved up its disease outbreak response level from yellow to orange this Friday (Feb 7), as three new cases of infection are confirmed.

Some netizens started an online condition, asking the organizer to cancel the event. More than ten thousand people signed.

新加坡卫生部于本周四（2月6日）再确认两位新型冠状病毒的感染者，目前本地确认病例总数为30。
Two more cases of Coronavirus infection are confirmed, said the Ministry of Health (MOH) on Thursday (Feb 6). That puts the total number of confirmed cases in Singapore at 30.

There are a total of 15 Coronavirus infections in Hong Kong.

Hong Kong medics have had two days of strikes, urging Hong Kong authorities to close all checkpoints connecting Mainland China.

本地本周二（2月4日）发现六起新型冠状病毒感染。其中4人近期并没有前往武汉旅行，但是直接或间接与一个来自中国的旅行团有接触。
Six more cases of coronavirus are recorded this Tuesday (Feb 4). Four people infected did not travel to Wuhan recently, but have direct or indirect interaction with a travel group from China.
